Хануманасана (Санскрит телендәː हनुमानासन) яки Маймыл Позасы^[1] - ул асана.

Исем Санскрит сүзләре Хануман (Һинд динендә маймылга охшаш илаһи шәхес) һәм асанадан (позиция) килә,^[2] һәм Хануманның кыйтга Һиндстаннан Шри Ланка утрауларына ясаган гигант сикерү турында искә төшерә.^[3]
