Тарихы

Әлеге галактика 1834 елда инглиз астрономы John Herschel тарафыннан, яктылык җыючы элемент буларак көзге кулланучы, 47.5 см (18.7 дюйм) зурлыктагы оптик телескоп ярдәмендә ачылган.[6]
